Pools are closed for winter.  Summer hours dependent on daylight.

Lot Rents
Rental rates for our lots vary with size and location, our minimum rent for single section lots, when available, is $465.00 per month.

Security Deposit
$100.00 (includes mail box key)

Hookup Charges
$150.00 Includes hooking up water, sewer, electricity & gas (If required)

Resident Responsibilities
Resident pays all utilities, installs own A/C and electrical connection. Resident installs vinyl skirting within 60 days of move-in and resident to install 4’ x 4’ deck (larger with manager's agreement ) & entry steps. Home tongue (if any) to be removed or covered with skirting.

City Refuse Pick-up
Tuesdays & Fridays (Recycle on Fridays). City provides dumpsters.
