Rental Payment Guide
We ask all residents to use the Zego Pay Portal below to make payments to Indian Hills. To set up your account, call us at 210-337-5900 or send us an email, as we need to add your lot # and email address to Zego to complete your account set up.

Current ACH users
Indian Hills is now in the process of converting all current ACH users to Zego Pay.

Call 210-337-5900 or send us an email to and give us your lot number and email so that we can set you up on Zego Pay.

Getting Registered

The first time that you use the Zego Pay Portal, type in your email as your login name, and click "Forgot Your Password" to set up your personal password to make payments.

Login again
Click "GET STARTED"
Click "PROCEED WITH REGISTRATION"
Type in your lot # when asked for "account number"
Click "PROCEED WITH REGISTRATION"
Login Again

Continue by setting up your account (and making a payment if you so wish).

Note: We are getting started with Zego, and all of our residents are not yet consistently using Zego to pay rent, therefore our accounting system is not automatically synched, so your "Full Balance" will always display as $0.00.

Making a payment
For "Payment Method" click or tap the "Bank Acc" icon. Indian Hills does not accept credit cards for payments.

If this is the first time you have paid Indian Hills with Zego, you will be asked for "Name on Account," "Bank Name," "Account Type," "Routing Number," and "Account Number" This information is easily obtained by looking at one of your personal checks or deposit slips, or retrieving from your bank's on-line information provided for your account. Entry of this information will not be needed for subsequent payments.

Continue with your payment.

If you like, you may of course cut and paste the resulting "Confirmation #" into your favorite text editor, such as Microsoft Notepad or Word as an immediate receipt of your payment. Otherwise, your payments and history will be stored and displayed by clicking "History" (scroll down for that option with cell phone).

Special Instructions: To use the Zego App for Cell Phone
Download the "zego resident app" from Google Playstore or the Apple App Store. Be really careful it is clearly a ZEGO service and not an imposter.
